What is a Pilates Doula?
As I focused on Prenatal and Postpartum Pilates, I felt a strong pull to offer even more support to new and expecting parents. That’s what led me to train as a Birth and Postpartum Doula. Through my training, I saw just how seamlessly Pilates and doula work come together. My background in Pilates gives me a unique understanding of the body and movement, allowing me to provide comfort measures during labor and guide clients in preparing for birth and recovery with a holistic approach.
My passion is supporting you—whether you’re looking to strengthen through Pilates, need compassionate guidance as a doula, or a blend of both. It’s an honor to be part of this incredible transition into parenthood, helping you feel informed, empowered, and deeply supported.

Meet the Pilates Doula
Hi! I’m Coco, the Pilates Doula. Southern California is home, but my heart loves adventure—whether that’s traveling the world, discovering new foods, or spending time with my husband, our two little girls, and our sweet rescue pup.
I first discovered Pilates after struggling with lower back pain; physical therapy helped, but Pilates was the game-changer. It became my foundation, not just for managing pain but for building strength and confidence. The transformation was so powerful that I knew I had to share this passion with others.
As I specialized in Prenatal and Postpartum Pilates, I found my way into the beautiful world of doula support. I realized that my true calling is helping women navigate the unique challenges and joys of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Through years of working closely with my Pilates clients, supporting friends, and my own experiences, I saw how much women need compassionate, non-judgmental support through this journey.
Bringing a new baby into your family is life-changing and exciting—and it’s a time when support can make all the difference. I believe in empowering you to make informed choices, to feel confident, and to know you’re fully supported every step of the way. As a doula and a Pilates instructor, I bring together my deep understanding of the body with a heart that’s dedicated to helping you feel strong, prepared, and at ease.
